    congrats Mulder is hard running 10k innit? but it's worth all the effort, i didn't run the race i was going to run something very(more) important cropped up so i had to miss it, you did so well to race today and finish, i bet you'll always remember the day you ran the leeds 10k.

    it wasn't too bad actually, it seemed harder during training though that uber stitch i got didn't help matters but other than that it was pretty hawt, got a time to beat for the next one so thats something to aim for

    thats ghey about your race though, hope it was for something important like a free crisps and beer day at a naked lady pub

    the easy way to run the 10k for me was to let a lovely lady with a nice bouncy bum run past you, then all you need to do is focus yourself on it for the next 5 or 6 miles. i really wanted to run the race as well missed all those sweaty women in lycra shorts

    I'll have to enter a 10k fun run soon
