I didn't think animals having sex with different types of animals happened, let alone they'd have offspring. Again, I am wrong.

I can see that zebra's and horse's are close enough to breed. But a whale and a dolphin?

And, zebra's seem to be the slags of the animal world.

I really didn't think this kind of thing could happen. I watched a horror movie where a dirty old man shagged a sheep, and the sheep had a half-man, half-sheep child....these events worry me.

I was just reading about hybids the other day on wiki , most hybrids are sterile, however, in The Origin of Species, Charles Darwin reported a case of a zeedonk (zebra/donkey) that apparently bred with a bay mare to produce a triple hybrid. Also Fertile Canid hybrids occur between coyotes, wolves, dingos, jackals and domestic dogs. Dogs and wolves may be considered the same species, making wolfdogs a non-hybrid.
