I love the fact that Sharman are portraying the idea that they are protecting an artists right to distribute his work and benefit from it. While at the same time suggesting a loader like K++ takes that right away

Kazaa does not, and will not, distribute spyware. We have strong policies and procedures that guard against this

nope as most anti-virus companies agree they include much nastier trojans with their software.

If someone hacks the site then they should put on it something like:

Kazaa Lite is bad for you. There are many reasons why you should use the official kazaa:

We know about all that porn you downloaded

What We Do When We Detect It

When Kazaa Media Desktop runs, if we detect some known changes that non-certified products make to your system, we will inform you that we have detected this and ask that you make some changes before running Kazaa.

this is the complete opposite of the truth. removing the spyware makes it unusable
