    norton's srhedder that comes with nav pro is pretty good to permenatly remove files.

    i use the add remove option in the control panel. try add remove program plus, thts pretty gud 2.

    After ADD/REMOVE, I use Registry Detective by Ziff Davis Media. Then regular windows search.
