leeware utorrent setting

i think a lot of people have this question.
what are the best setting to get good speeds?
because some people can get like 5mb of up and other only 100kb

just post here:

-Global maximum upload rate
-Global maximum download rate
-Global maximum number of connections
-Maximum number of connected peers per torrent
-Number of upload slots per torrent
-net.max_halfopen

and if you have Protocol Encryption on or off
or something that you´ve changed to get better speeds

and don´t forget to post what speeds you have(up and down)

Faster= Encrypton off but more likely to get shut down

rest i just set on default for 100mbps and got steady 1.7 and peak 3.0

when i´m seeind to only 1 person i can only get about 60-70kb
but when i have like 4 peers (and i´m the only seeder) i get 200kb

at first i was getting pretty good speeds but now the up speed sux U_U
