ScT closed signups??

i just traded somthing for an ScT invite.
but when i press the invite it says: closed signups

is it correct?!

theres a max or 15k users allowed and its up to the max

keep trying every houre and u will get in

If the tracker would be full and you try to sign up it should not stay : closed signups.

U just have a banned ip so it will tell u "signups closed".maybe a banned country?
