    Did you compare the two sites?


    What I can't figure out is why the c: trick works on my pirated copy but not on their original.
    The source is apparently identical and so are the shortcut properties.

    Theirs > click here to see your c: disk > javascript:void(0); (= no effect )

    The site is a complete pile of bullshit. Nothing but false trash and javascripts! It was soooo annoying having every URL take me to that site. Thank god for Spybot search and destroy.

    HijackThis

    Gets rid of extra unwanted buttons and toolbars and other spyware.
