Why do you want it specifically ?
It's a normal tracker- Nothing remarkable.
When it was lvl 4 , everybody discarded it.
When invite system was disabled there , it became lvl 6 , and everybody wanted it.
The Tracker Rating System Is a catastrophe. It made nobody concerned with the contents- everyone is looking for rarity.
