Speaking from experience --I've rented my seedbox quite a few times-- you should definitely offer webgui access.

Main reason being at most higher ranked private trackers, you have to jump on a torrent within the first few hours to get any real seeding done. So it makes it very time consuming (and annoying) to try and remain in constant contact with whoever you are renting it to, otherwise you won't get his/her torrent files until after they are already seeded out, thus making the renting of the box practically worthless.
