Hmmm? If you open WinRar on its own and select Select Tools > Repair Archive, it will attempt to repair the rar file that is highlighted in the window below. If there is a recovery record with the file the chances of a repair being successful are greatly increased. Once WinRar is opened you can get to the file you wish to repair by using the Drop Down Address Window and there is a little golden boxed arrow on the left that will go up one directory at a time.
