I was there just a few days ago and they are very nice and helpful.
Seriously give it a shot. Whats the worse thing that can happen. Well we all know the worse thing that can happen, but since you can't use the tracker, just try.
Although one reason can be that you are using an invalid port in your client. Only ranges from 49152 through 65535 are allowed there.

i think port is problem there.. so change it.. however like someone said that staff is really good and helpful so you can ask..
