I would like to see somebody taking this one to the edge:
Dodge Tomahawk, 420 mph.
Sadly enough, I never got any further than owning one of these:
Motobécane, top speed of 55 km/h! (mine was red, by the way )

I'd like to see someone take that hunk of junk over 50mph.Originally posted by Bender@22 June 2003 - 04:52

As a show piece it's amazing, as a real road machine it falls into the class of the West Coast Choppers bike- all show, no go.

That's not a bike that's a small carI would like to see somebody taking this one to the edge:

A bike has only 2 tires
Looking at the pictures it's hard to see how it could.Originally posted by TheDave@22 June 2003 - 10:03
can it take corners. at all
Also, their claim of a top speed of 420mph is absurd.
That thing has the aerodynamics of... well, Bender.

maybe its kilometres? or in a vacuum
Even if it is kilometers (and they do say mph) that's almost 270 mph.Originally posted by TheDave@22 June 2003 - 10:38

Bender's Motobecane has as much chance of reaching that speed-i.e. zero.

That's why I said that I would like to see somebody taking it to the edge.
By the way: they used parts of my old Motobécane to construct me (waiting for Celebs to create a picture of that with Photoshop. )
