Porn Messages

Sorry if someone has already posted this somewere, but the search feature seems to be down.

Anyhow, whenever I have kazaalite running I tend to get messages, which I have no problem with. But in the past few days, I've been getting quite a few messages that contain links to porn sites-- today alone, I got 3 of these messages from different users. I dunno why someone would want to waste their time to message me a link to porn (I don't d/l porn related items, nor do I share it).

I'm just curious if anyone else has been receiving them. I'm not the only one, right?

download ad-aware and scan your pc for spyware, make sure not to delete windows spyware because it can f*ck up your I-net connection

I was getting these porn messages - so i asked on the board and i was 1 told how 2 stop these messages .... i just hope their the same messages i was getting oh well...

Go to Start -> Run... and type in "services.msc". Look for "Messenger" and double-click on
it. From the "Startup type:" dropdown box, select "Disabled". Under "Service status:"
hit the "Stop" button.

if they are messages u got through kazaa, not the messenger service, you can turn off messages, or block the user(s) that sent you these. I got one once, i got the message again, blocked the user, never got a message again....

Yep, it was from actual users on Kazaa. One was from that "Wendy" user, and there were also two others, but I can't remember their exact names. I only closed those messages without doing much else. If I get more, then I'll use the ignore feature on them.
