Thread: How Do I Make Copies Of My Cds

    I mean iso's or uhhhh cdclone , what software should i use to make exact copies of my MUSIC cds ??? And to what type of file should i rename them so other people can download em from me , here on kazaa?

    If you wanna share music, get yourself some CD ripping software (I recommend Easy CD-DA Extractor) and rip your music into MP3's. Then put em in your shared folder.

    are you talking whole cd files or individual .mp3 tracks?

    i meant the whole cd , and i already have easy cd-da extractor , except i wanted to know if its better making a copy of the whole cd , like iso or cd clone or just ripping a cd into wav. format. i would do that but i dont think most people would enjoy downloading the whole wav file. since its so big , the file i mean

    just rip them to mp3...people can download them and burn them to their own CD's just fine...For most, it's best just to do that, rather than put an ISO for the CD up online...

    Its a lot better if you rip the songs to MP3. Because the entire album in MP3s will be under 100MB. If you make an ISO of the CD it will be much much bigger.

    ok thanks...i've read the "guide" on how to make mp3s here on the kazaalite board. anyways what i wanna know now is how do i make copies of my music cds, dvds , xbox , pl 1 , pl 2 , cds? what program is the best...and what kind of drive do i need in order to be able to rip/copy those cds/dvds?

    For 1:1 copies of Cds I would suggest Daemon-tools myself...

    1:1 perfect copies I would use clone CD, that is just my opinion though.
