Please help me with my server!

well as u can see, i cant delete from my FTP files i dl from my seedbox
i can delete through putty but its not comfortable.
Can some1 plz help me delete my files from the FTP?

P.S

the torrents im trying to delete arent located on the utorrent

This problem is simple.

The ftp user you are using apparently was not given delete permissions to your files whilst when logged in thru putty you are not using FTP but rather telnet or some other similar protocol.

Try editing your ftp server setting giving permissions to your ftp user (ensure that this user is password protected so that someone can't just access ur server and delete ur files)

doubt it's permissions.

First, cuteftp has given me errors like that when filezilla didn't

second, it's probably in use. Did you delete the torrent from your client?

look i loged as root and i still couldnt delete it.

doubt it's permissions.

i tried flashxp and i still couldnt delete

yes i deleted it from the client
i tried flashxp and i still couldnt delete

just reboot and try again. If it is a sharing violation, that should fix it
