Clean Blubster Wont Start???

can someone help me with this....clean blubster is lyke the first thing i downloaded (since i reformated my computer) and when i start it the logo thing just stays there and it never loads....also in the task manager it says that it is still running but i dont know...some one help me out???

That is a very old program which isn't being updated much anymore (I think). Get yourself another program. Seek and you shall find!
