Fedora 6, yum not installed??

Trying to setup a seedbox, I'm a total noob at this but im getting the following message back when i try to use 'yum install'

-bash: yum: command not found

What should i do?

I tried this:

rpm -Uvh http://www.fedorafaq.org/yum http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-6.rpm

got this back:

error: Failed dependencies:
yum is needed by yum-fedorafaq-6-2007.02.03.noarch
