Yes, it is. They always give the most heinous and unconstitutional laws great sounding names so people who dont look deeper than the name never realize how tyrannical they are.The Patriot Act is unconstitutional. Even the title bothers me.
Hitler could have done everything he wanted to do with the Patriot Act.
