I am using uTorrent 1.6 and a 256kbps connection. I would like to know how do I stay connected to the trackers which always shows me as not connectable.
I am using a Beetel220BX modem which does not seem to have portforwarding option; which I am not sure is the reason for not staying connected.

    Please advise...

    Thanks and regards,

If that is true, buy another router? To be sure, visit the website mentioned above.

When you do that, make sure to explain to them that you need to resolve the issue so that you can download copyrighted material from the interweb. They will be right over to help.

I saw some posts saying the ports where blocked in the firmware , but there are some that have successfully done this.

There are a few places that have some information. Do you have a Router in addition to the Modem, or just the modem?

DO you have the latest Driver for the Modem

If you are using a router as well, You may need to bridge the modem.
