You can't get dedicated unmetered 100mbit line for that price so you will be sharing your connection with an unknown number of other people.

I've never used that company so I can't comment on the quality.

Unless you need over 3 TB of data a month, then you might want to check out the providers like Vectoral and Leaseweb where for under $100 a month you get 2-3 TB of bandwidth a month and you won't have to worry about sharing those, you get dedicated bandwidth for that.

Best thing about those companies is you will easily get 8-9 MB/s up and when you hop on a new torrent those with biggest upload speeds are the biggest ratio winners. With a shared connection, you may get more transfer per month(thats a maybe too) but it will require more work as you will have to grab more torrents to get the same amount of upload because the people with the good seedboxes can outseed you.

I've never looked at seedbox costs before.
Shit, $200? A month? So you can be a better pirate?
That's nearly 10x the cost of the best usenet access.

    Amen to that!
I think Dedibox is more than enough. Why do people need 10-11MB/s anyway. That is absurd amounts of bandwidth, imo. And like Chewie says, you're paying that much money just to become a better pirate.

Cybel is right, its not unmetered, for that price its shared. IMO for that price you will be better served to look elsewhere and after you read a bit more about that particular company. You will probably be better off getting something that is 100mbit with 2 or 3 tb etc a month. Its much better. I have used LW, Vectoral, Softlayer and Layeredtech in the past.

If you are looking for EU I would recommend going with LW, if you want US no question Softlayer is the best choice. Of course whatever suits your needs best - where you live, what you want to do with your server and where you seed etc. I use SL and LW and have been with them for a long time and never had an issue. Course for what I do they serve a great purpose.....

    Good luck

The port upgrade is from 100mbit to 1000mbit is only $10 a month.

Just be careful, be sure you throttle the speeds on your torrents, or manually pay attention to them, as 2000GB can be gone really really quickly with 1000mbit connect.

    Good Luck and enjoy
