ahhh figured it out...
this morning when i woke up and my room war freezing, suddenly i thought about chassis fan and i remembered it had a front fan as well which gave those light at front and they were off, i check chassis manual and found the 4-pin white plug and attached it with a power cord, working now.

where were you when i needed you, i already replaced the MOBO, didnt had time for more diagnoses and they declared that mobo was burned which i knew it wasnt the case since mobo was giving green light.
