There is nothing to stop you from downloading from one site, seeding that torrent to the minimum requirement, and then seeding it elsewhere. That is not against the rules of any tracker I know.

Yea, you are COMPLETELY confusing "torrent" with "files". They dont want you uploading the ".torrent" file to other sites. The reason for this is because it would allow others to take your passkey out from the torrent file and basically ruin your account by downloading a hell of a lot and not seeding. Torrent sites could CARE LESS if you download Rush Hour 3 from Torrentleech and then go ahead and seed it on RevTT.

Not a bad post at all, there has been a lot of confusion on the subject. It's good that things have been clarified since this is one of the most effective ways to build up a good buffer.
