Is there a way I can brake the cap my isp put on my internet speed

That wont work as thats made to bypass traffic shaping, i.e. Bittorrent transfer prevention.

What he's asking for is to bypass the total bandwidth limit.

There are hacks for doing what you're asking but really the best thing to do is to change ISPs.

Exactly. But I remember there was this website that actually sold pre-hacked modems. They cost around $80 or something. But like Moo said you can get caught.

Do you have Optimum Online Boost? I believe they do not cap boost users. Worth a try.

optimum online regular tier is 15/2 you should max that speed and get like 1.5 mB/s

go to dslreports.com and go to OOL forums u will get help there.
i have boost which is 30/5
