Help with TDC Please

I go to the url http://t********b.org/ and al it says is:

403 Forbidden

Unauthorized IP address.

I never cheated and did not attempt to trade the account nor did I trade for the account, I got invited by nightmeare, I was just starting to build up a decent ratio to. I am sad and confused. Someone help or give me the irc address any help is appreciated.
EDIT- I was just on the site about 10 minutes ago and now it doesn't work.

and ur acc looks like its not banned

site was under attack we banned all ip as a protective means, it was only a bruteforce attack. no data was lost. or any user compromised
