The email you have registered with ScT should have an alternative email which can be used in cases like this. If it was a hotmail email you can do the same or answer ur secret question..

i havent set any secret question for that email .. and it doesnt have any alternative email (which was optional ) ..

all my email passwords was in IE7 autofill .. i had to reformat my pc and thats how i lost it ..
