    has anyone ever used this contraption. my grandma wants to give me hers, but it doesnt feel like it works your abs a whole lot. anyway, who uses this machine on a regular basis?

    I have one. It's cool if you wanna watch TV while working you abs but takes forever to give you a serious burn.

    I think it's mainly for fat people tbh.

    If you are pretty fit already (you can see your 6-pack) it's a waste of money.

    The better workout is it to

    lie on your back
    hook your hands under the couch
    lift your legs straight up then
    let the go down with touching the floor
    repeat

    If you have a partner

    do the same but have them stand over your head facing your feet and when you lift your feet (to their face), have them push your feet back down. Still don't let it hit the floor.

    Start off with 10 then go to 20 then 30.

    Another way is to put ankle braces on.

    This exercise does your entire abs but not really your obliques.

    hooking you hands is the gayest way of doing this exercise ive ever heard. lie with your hands by your sides and lift your legs together at a 20 degree angle and lower them. we used to do this trick with the football team when i was younger.

    Like there is this huge difference, idiot.

    If you only lift to a 20 degree angle and then lower, you don't work all of your abs.
