It's because they copied Danishbits database. It was the old owners of danishbits.

I have read about FTC and several people having accounts stolen after signing up there. There was a thread about it in another forum (competitor to FST) where a person in the know and someone I trust and someone who is in the UK informed me that the site was quite shady.
