I know theres a Googlebot for MSN Messenger:
BotGoogle by Gondaba, [email protected]
This bot, just like GoogleMatic below, uses the Google API to search google and return the top five results. Hasn't showed up yet.
And theres GoogleMatic thats just the same:
GoogleMatic (officially offline) by Matt, [email protected]
Googlematic lets you search Google through your Instant Messenging client.

The only googlebot I know of is the webpage auto-indexer program that automatically checks out a site that has been submitted for entry in the google search engine...
It looks for keywords in the header of a webpage so google can add it to the relevant search area... afaik.
You are correct

You could also see Hot Bot, Ask Jeeves, Lycos, What U Seek in the members online list. Then they are just checking this board and indexing .
But if this irritates too many people i can also deactivate the showing of them.

VB, Iam not sure what you mean. Do you mean deactivate the showing of board statistics or the showing of that google is looking through the members profiles?
