I get a speed of 1.2mb off of OptimumOnline in newyork but I think it can be faster from what I heard

I think he means the max speed when using torrents

I get about 2 Mb Down and 200 kps up off of my 10 Mb/1 connection, though people talk about maxing out their connections I'm not so sure about that.

Yeah i think he mean what "sear" just say, and i have 4 MB ISP speed, 2 to 3 MB Down, 200 to 300 KB UP, and never maxed my speed in bittorrent b4
