Depends what specificly u looking for. If its just general stuff, you should be fine with TL or another 0day trackers. If its something more specific, there might be a tracker who is into that kind of stuff.

Unfortunately i dont know any Trackers which are Software-Only, but the best softwaretracker for me must be OiNK (i'm not kidding)
Its simple because they have not only Scenestuff there.

Oink has a large selection of apps. For 0day, SCC is excellent. Also, I would recommend Demonoid as it has almost everything.

for apps SCC is best they have complete 0sec apps and they are open now...TL is not that good for apps SCC is better for that,OiNK is not bad you can find intrasting stuff and Demonoid i don`t suggest because in there are many viruses spyware and other junk in softwares...
