Tomb Raider Aod!

Hi, when reading the INFO document on tomb raider AOD it says,
unrar then burn and enjoy!
Doe's anyone now what i have to unrar?
I've got winrar but just don't know what to do??
and also this game comes on 2 disc's one of 800 odd mb's and the other 755 odd mb's so how can they will they fit on 700 mb's disc's? if at all?

In your disc folders you should see a load of files,open the one with the lowest number using winrar.You should then see a .bin and a .cue,navigate to the .cue and then burn.

They will fit don't worry.
