E-book private torrent tracker / DC hub?

I've got ~50k to share, would love to join up if there are existing ones, otherwise would be very interested in starting some szit.

Emm Id also like to know about somewhere with great Ebooks and rare stuff of that.
I could dedicate sometime to that (I liked a lot Bitme(torrent tracker) but it hasnt got rare stuff)
