i got seedbox from vectoral,windows web edition.

You'll only need a torrent client and a ftp server.

If you already have a rdc (remote desktop connection) setup to your server , then all you need to install is a torrent client, utorrent is the best for this IMO and configure the Webui for Utorrent so that you can load the torrent files locally from your pc. Next you need an ftp server installed on the server and an ftp client installed on your local machine, my personal preferences for this are the BulletProof FTP server, and Filezilla for the client. If you are going to browse from the server I recommend you install the latest version of Firefox on the server and you should be all set
