how does a psp umdgen works

hi, i download the street fighter alpha for psps. it is in winrar format. then i extract it to a folder. then after that i open the umdgen, what is the next step.
my system software is 3.10 oe-a. and usinf umdgen 4.0.
do they work together.

it's simple and no different to making an iso, just make sure you have the folders extracted and loaded into umdgen and then select make image.
