Ac3 Svcd

Can anyone advise? I d/l lotr with ac3 can it be coverted to svcd using tmpgenc with ac3 sound? Step by step pointers are appreciated greatly. Thanks

sure it can, no step by step needed.only one problem, when you convert 1 part to svcd, it will take a massive ammount up on your hard drive (between 2-4 gigabytes).
so i advise you that you just convert it to VCD format, it can also be watched on a DVD player.
