Thread: Windows cannot find null

  1. #1
I get this error with multiple blank IE pages randomly poping up when browsing in IE6.

"windows cannot find '(null)' make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again, to search for a file click the start button"

CNet has a quick fix to remove IE7 which I did and it did not solve the problem which still happens in IE6. I have searched numerous google web groups and it seems as if others have had this problem with McAfee but no one has really solved it for browing in IE6. Anyone have any idea?

Random popups showing navigation errors? Sounds like a malware that's not been removed completely.
