Is there a guide to slipstreaming and stripping down xp?

i know that there are alot of great bloat-free installations of windows out there but none of them contain the luna visual style and blue theme....its always windows classic theme.

can anybody point me in a good direction to find some sort of resource that explains (in depth) about how to strip/tweak a windows installation using nlite?

I thought it would be fairly easy but nlite HAS SO MUCH STUFF that i really just dont know where to start with it

The Nlite forums would be a good start , and made me think Of XP Crystal ver 3 . Slimmed down , not alot programs , SP2 installed and tweaks already there .
