2 computer administrator accounts

Hi, i had to install xp over my already existing xp, after that i then installed windows xp vista UWI, i dont know what that it is but it looks like vista but it isnt? anyway, i now have 2 computer administrator accounts, and one of them i need to delete but i am unable to do this, please can you advise if this is possible and how. thank you
