BeThere & UKOnline don't give a shit what you do with your line, there are others but they are the 2 with the top reps for letting you do what you want when you want.

Don't laugh but Tesco has been pretty good for me. It's not particularly cheap any more but it's on NTL/Virgin backbone and offers an OK usenet service (NTLi server).

I have only ever used BT and NTL.

I was quite far from an exchange with BT so that connection wasnt worth having.

Currently on NTL and have no issues with them. I read somewhere that users behind a router are hard to track the bandwidth they use etc.

I have downloaded around 81 gig in 2 days before as well as around 6GB+ most days the last couple of months with no problem from NTL, No mail, No emails, Nothing.

So either they dont care what i do with my line, Or its true what i read and the router hides all the info from them. Either way, I have no reason to complain with them.
