I am using the Azureus and want to know about this and I have questions.

1.Does the Azureus update the tracker for every 20sec and when I double click on the file it will open the tab where there is button called update and it will also show the time to automatic update and can we change that time for all the torrents.

    2. Is it possible to backup all the Azureus torrents if I reinstall the operating system and get the torrents without taking the pain to add each one.

    3. Why many trackers still not support the latest version of the Azureus.

    1. i'm not sure if i understand you correctly. are you talking about changing the announce intervall? or scrape?

    2. i don't think azureus has a backup function. after reinstalling your os, you probably need to add your torrents again. but i don't know windows.

    3. they ban it for security reason. i think it's an outdated issue about az phoning home.

only use the update button if there's a serious problem with the tracker. otherwise leave it alone. it won't increase your speed if you hit it.

or hit it every ten seconds and face consequences on your tracker

different trackers update at different times depending on which tracker you are using

most say a random time each time i click update, i dunno why that is.

you are right. trackers have different ones (most have 1800 sec) but some change it after every update.

the reason for this would lead too far for a discussion here.

Thats right, different trackers have different announce periods...They set it automatically when u start a torrent...n its not recommended to change this. Usually u can't change it either.
