Of course they do, you just have to deal with it, you will not get what you are looking for, there are some axx FTPs that you will have to pay for if you want untouched 0Day, or newsgroups, but for trackers to do it is a time consuming unpaid for and thankless task.

Not any more, I prefer to pay for NGs & support the trackers I like these days, I ain't in such a rush anymore, I only have to please myself (some will say thats easily done! - which is all true of course!!)
There used to be a forum called 0sec/0day FTP something, I wonder if anyone remembers if they are still going?

No-one will do it untouched, even some FTPs don't get everything dumped.
It's just too big and too unmanageable for the uploaders for a tracker.
You will have to take what TL & SCC give (they are the best I can think of), usenet 0day groups and a.b.b4e are some good choices, or keep asking for FTP 0day axx.
