VCD splitter

I'm looking for a vcd splitter with keys. I tried in many BT trackers but couldn't find any. If some one come up with a link, i'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks mate, i've been looking for this for long. I downloaded many trial versions but none of them can split more than a specific mb without a license.
