Nah, my place blocks nothing. More likely is that our computers are just hopelessly outdated. I can't look at some Youtube videos either...although I can others.

It is not so much treating us as children but, by agreement with the Daily Mail, Civil Servants have to be uncomfortable and miserable for at least 80% of the working day.
