Quality of the file: Normally 700 mb file can be better than 3 MPG files that are 700mb, so the smaller wins...
it depends on encoding.

Yes, true, however a 700mb file is almost always better than a 200mb re-encode.

it takes me about 37hrs to 50hr to download a movie. I used to be able to get about 4.5Kb/s but now I'm lucky to get 3.6Kb/s. Does anyone know why, It's not because of sources because I got plenty of them, but what gives?
