I did ask the same question before but i did only get about 1kb/s a 2kb/s but now with a few changes and i got now about 30kb up to 60kb/s and i know now that it is very good speed. All those ho are talking about 200 or 300kb/s have an other connection than adsl(T3 or fast cable). You can get at the most 160kb/s but this is very rarelly.
So try to live with it.

Remember that the speeds you see reflect the connections of the users you are hooked to, not your connection speed.
In other words- you'll only get it as fast as they can give it up.

To put it simply, the more users you are downloading from the faster it will go. Use SpeedUp and the AutoSearchMore features in KL2.4, as advised at this very useful link http://www.klboard.ath.cx/bb/index.php?showtopic=28833

You can try TCP/IP Optimizer as well from www.speedguide.net -- just remember to set it to optimized DSL, not cablemodem!

The further away from the telephone company you are, the slower your connection speed will be.
