    there is Euro2008 Qualifiers match between England and Russia, apparently they diploid 6000 police for hooligan, thats like 1 for each English man which is allowed number of them. i was listening to BBC and they were interviewing some Russian hooligan, he was saying todays British hooligan are nothing because most of hardcore ones are banded from coming and if some of them even comes they dont stand a chance if Russians are to send their best and that those 6000 riots police's are to stop Russians not brats.
    a while ago i saw a decomentry on panorama, these hooligan's are pretty racist as well. they were showing after match of each england match at WC2006.

    why?

    The English used to have a reputation for hooliganism but for the most part they have stamped this out of the game. The Russians are as ever a tad behind and are just getting into the skinhead hooligan phase. They are a nasty bunch by all accounts.

    Diploid is a stroke of genius btw? These people are at the amobea stage.
