Same here... I change my ISP everyday...my office connection is different from my home connection..as long as you do not change your password and email address you are safe from ban...

Password change rarely will disable your account!Even if u change ISP, as long as it is from the same country, there wont be any problems as of such! But if u change email, the chances of u r account to get disabled are more and u shud inform the staff prior to the change of email!

About the account..
as long as you don't change nothing but the ISP I dont see a reason why you'll get banned altough it can be an option that you'll get banned evev if you didn't change pass/mail..
