i tried entering from a proxy and it worked and i logged in and my account is fine but i when i downloaded a torrent through the proxy site and put it in utorrent i said timeout
i think that they banned my country damn .... it was working fine yesterday

Don't think so. They banned a number of clients recently. This could be the reason for that error. What client are you using? Check your account is still working through a proxy. If they banned an iprange, i guess, firstly they would have banned the account. So there are no chances for your guess to be true IMO.

my account is fine but i cant enter the site without a proxy and also cant download
anyways i was trying to talk to them on irc but when i enter the channel they told me that they want a valid key i seen that key from the site irc but how to enter this key in mirc
can anyone enter the irc section and copy me the link in stage 3 which says click here and send me it on private cause i cant see this link through the proxy
