OK this is day one of my most serious attempt at quitting smoking,I've just applies my first patch,we will see how it goes.
This time I have an extra reason for stopping as my 11 year old son freaked out on me last week,turns out one of the reasons he was so upset is because he's convinced I will die of cancer if I don't stop.
So...Bye Bye smoking.
