Can someone tell me the top trackers and put a link of thier site beside it for example...

I have heard of black cats and FtN ScT etc... but i dont kno their address, so if anyone would be kind enough to tell me those and a few other good ones

Many trackers don't want their names, abbreviations or domains mentioned publicly. As most of those do not have open signups anyway (and will likely not have them in the near future either) this is a pointless question.

I can however tell you that blackcats games can be found at www.blackcats-games.net and they recently had a day of open signups, I believe.

You should go into the invites section and look at the "WIAW" (what invites are worth) thread. They have descriptions and everything. Don't get too hopeful though.
